§ 1513. Coastal Resources Management Program: Territorial Jurisdiction. The areas subject to the jurisdiction of the coastal resources management program shall extend seaward to the extent of the territorial waters of the Commonwealth and shall further extend to all land areas of the Commonwealth, except for any federally-owned lands as defined by the United States Coastal Zone Management Act of 1972, as amended [16 U.S.C. § 1451 et seq.].
