DIVISION 1: FIRST SENATORIAL DISTRICT (ROTA)
§ 16102. Authorization to Collect Tour and Outreach Fees. (a) The Historic Preservation Office in Rota, under the Department of Community and Cultural Affairs, is hereby authorized to establish and collect fees for the following services: (1) Guided tours of historical, archaeological, or culturally significant sites; and (2) Cultural educational outreach tours or programs conducted for community groups, private organizations, or visiting delegations. (b) The fees shall be determined based on relevant factors, including but not limited to group size, location, tour duration, and administrative costs. The Rota DCCA Resident Director shall promulgate rules and regulations necessary to implement this section, including but not limited to: (1) Fee schedules; (2) Permitting and reservation procedures; (3) Tour guide training and certification standards; and (4) Site preservation, safety, and visitor conduct guidelines.
