DIVISION 1: FIRST SENATORIAL DISTRICT (ROTA)
§ 17102. Establishment of Equipment Use Fees. (a) The Rota Department of Public Works is hereby authorized to charge and collect reasonable fees for the use of its equipment. (b) The Mayor of Rota, in consultation with the Rota DPW Resident Director, shall establish a fee schedule based on equipment type, hours of use, and other operational considerations.
