§ 17103. Rota DPW Revolving Account. (a) There is hereby established a special account to be known as the Rota DPW Revolving Account. (b) All revenues collected from equipment-use fees under this Act shall be deposited into the Rota DPW Revolving Account. (c) The funds in the account shall not lapse at the end of a fiscal year and shall remain available until expended. Source: RLL 24-04, § 2 (Nov. 14, 2025).
