DIVISION 1: REVENUE AND TAXATION

§ 1806. Delegation of Authority. The administration and enforcement of this entire Division shall be under the supervision of the Secretary. Any of the responsibilities, tasks or duties conferred upon the Secretary herein may also be delegated to the Director of Revenue and Taxation. Subject to the overall direction of the Secretary, the Director shall have supervision and be responsible for all matters concerning revenue and taxation on a day to day basis. These responsibilities, tasks, or duties conferred upon the Director may also be subdelegated by the Director. The delegations of authority prescribed herein apply to Non-NMTIT, and apply under Chapter 7 of this Division to the extent delegated by the Governor.
