Administrative Hearing

Administrative Hearing. (a) An Administrative Hearing Officer shall conduct a hearing petitioned for by the non-custodial parent pursuant to the Administrative Procedure Act, 1 CMC §§ 9101–9115. Issues that may be decided at the hearing shall be limited to whether: (1) the non-custodial parent is required to pay child support under a court order of support; or (2) the non-custodial parent is in compliance with a court order of support.
