Judicial Review. A non-custodial parent may appeal in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act, 1 CMC §§ 9101–9115, the hearing officer’s decision with respect to whether the non-custodial parent is obligated under a court order of support to pay child support or whether the non-custodial parent is in compliance with such an order.
