Commonwealth Registry for Orders for Protection. (a) The Clerk of the Superior Court, and the Department of Public Safety shall maintain a registry of all orders for protection issued by a court of this Commonwealth or registered in this Commonwealth. The order must be included in the registry within 24 hours after issuance. (b) The information contained in the registry is available at all times to a court, a law enforcement agency, and other governmental agencies, upon request, for official purposes only.
