§ 1944. Connection Fees. Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to limit the authority of the Commonwealth Utilities Corporation to impose connection fees for power, water, or sewer services, nor to limit the amount of those connection fees; except that no connection fee may be charged which is higher than the actual cost to the Commonwealth Utilities Corporation to connect the customer to Commonwealth Utilities Corporation facilities.
