Eminent Domain. The authority may exercise the power of eminent domain by complying with the provisions of N.M.I. Const. art. XIII. The authority must, however, make all reasonable efforts to arrange for an exchange of lands if requested by the owner of the land in question. Source: PL 2-48, § 20.
