Interagency Cooperation

Interagency Cooperation. Any department, agency, public corporation, or other instrumentality of the Commonwealth which plans to conduct, permit, or license any activity involving commercial fishing or hunting, or which otherwise adversely affects any fish, game, or endangered or threatened species, regulated under this chapter, including destruction of any critical habitat, shall first consult with the director.
