§ 20103. Definitions. As used in this Act: (a) “Commonwealth” means the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands. (b) “Council” means the Commonwealth Council on Youth Affairs. (c) “Office” means the Office of the Special Assistant for Youth Affairs. (d) “Special Assistant” means the Special Assistant to the Governor on Youth Affairs.
