§ 20106. Programs Authorized. Notwithstanding any provisions of law to the contrary, the Office shall, in consultation with the Council, establish and maintain such programs and services for youth in the CNMI as provided in Section 2854 of this Act. Source: PL 12-67, § 12, modified.
