§ 20128. Burial in Veterans Cemetery. (a) Any eligible person or veteran of the United States Armed Forces shall be buried without charge in the CNMI Veterans Cemetery. (b) The executive officer shall establish a fee schedule, which may be adjusted from time to time, for the interment or inurnment of eligible spouses and dependents. The fees shall cover as nearly as practicable the actual costs of interment or inurnment, excluding the value of the plot. Source: PL 17-61 § 2(20138) (November 8, 2011).
