§ 20199. Coordination of Medicaid with Medicare Part B. The Commonwealth Medicaid Agency shall make the entire range of benefits under part B of Title XVIII available as part of the plan to certain eligible individuals under a buy-in agreement, through payment of the premium charges on behalf of such individuals, by meeting all or part of the cost of the deductible cost sharing or similar charges under part B.
