§ 20200. Cost Sharing for Medicare Beneficiaries. For Medicaid eligible individuals enrolled in Medicare, the Commonwealth Medicaid Agency shall pay the following costs: (a) Premium under Medicare part B; (b) Deductible and coinsurance amounts under Medicare part A and part B; or (c) As may be modified in the Medicaid State Plan Amendments.
