§ 20203. Safeguarding Information on Applicants and Recipients. The Commonwealth Medicaid Agency shall assure compliance on safeguarding information on applicants and recipients through a system that restricts the use or disclosure of information concerning applicants or recipients to purposes directly related to the Medicaid program administration and management.
