§ 20206. Availability of Agency Program Manuals. The Commonwealth Medicaid Agency shall assure access to program manuals, rules and policies, and the Medicaid State Plan Amendments in this Article by individuals outside the Commonwealth Medicaid Agency. Access shall be available at the agency’s office, web-enabled systems, and through other entities as determined appropriate by the agency. Source: PL 21-28, § 2 (May 22, 2020).
