§ 20213. Access to Records. The Commonwealth Medicaid Agency shall assure that the Department of Health and Human Services, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, the Comptroller General of the U.S., and other cognizant federal agencies shall have access to books and all documents related to the Department of Health and Human Services grant award.
