§ 20215. Plan Amendments. (a) Commonwealth Medicaid Agency may, on its own initiative, request plan changes at any time, as long as the provisions of Title 19 U.S.C. § 1902(j) and the Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services waiver are complied with. (b) Changes to the operational plan which are not consistent with the Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services’s waiver shall be submitted to the Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services as a modification to the waiver, rather than as a state plan amendment. (c) This Article constitutes the total plan for the operation of the Medicaid program in the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands. Any federal requirements applicable to the operation of Title XIX of the Social Security Act in other jurisdictions are not applicable to the plan unless they are specifically included.
