§ 20217. Commonwealth Governor’s Review. The Commonwealth Medicaid Agency will provide the Office of the Governor with the opportunity to review amendments, any new state plan and subsequent amendments, and long-range program planning projections or other periodic reports thereon. Any comments made will be transmitted to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services with such documents. Source: PL 21-28, § 2 (May 22, 2020).
