§ 20306. Approval Required. (a) Before any street or road is named, approval shall be obtained from the Committee for the street or private road name. Official street and private road names shall be maintained on an Official Street and Private Road Name Map and on an Official Street and Private Road Name List in the Office of the Mayor of the Municipality of Tinian and Aguiguan. (b) Before any addresses are posted, approval shall be obtained from the Committee and the Office of the Mayor of the Municipality of Tinian and Aguiguan. (c) If, in any instance, the Committee fails to act or to carry out their responsibilities according to the regulations contained herein, the Mayor may assume the duties of the Committee, as herein specified.
