Office of the Lieutenant Governor

Office of the Lieutenant Governor. There is in the Commonwealth government the office of the Lieutenant Governor, headed by the Lieutenant Governor. The Lieutenant Governor shall act as the Governor in the event the Governor is physically absent from the Commonwealth or unable to discharge his duties by reason of physical or mental disability.
