Continued Noncompliance. If a child does not complete its required immunizations and tuberculin test within the three month period after provisional entry into school, the Department of Education shall refer the child to the Department of Public Health and Environmental Services. The Department of Public Health and Environmental Services shall cause a notice to be sent to the parents of the child stating that if the required immunizations and tuberculin test are not completed within 30 days of the date of the notice, the parents shall be subject to the penalty provided for in 3 CMC § 2107.
