§ 2106. Reporting of Stray Cattle. Any person losing or finding stray cattle shall report it to the resident director of Natural Resources within 24 hours. The resident director of Natural Resources shall then report it to the Mayor of Tinian who will announce it over the public media at least four times a day for three days. Source: LL 5-1, § 6.
