§ 2108. Detention of Stray Cattle. When stray cattle are caught, they will be held by the resident director of Natural Resources for 72 hours. Any cattle remaining unclaimed after 72 hours shall be considered ownerless and shall become the property of the Municipality of Tinian. Source: LL 5-1, § 8.
