§ 2109. Compensation for Cattle Damages. The mayor shall compensate those persons suffering damages from cattle described in 10 CMC § 2108 by: (a) Selling such cattle to the public and any funds gained from the sale of such cattle shall be divided equally among such person(s); or (b) Authorizing the resident director of Natural Resources to slaughter such cattle and to divide the meat equally among such person(s).
