§ 2113. Export Control. (a) No commercial or private air or surface carrier shall transport or permit to be transported from Tinian any beef which is not accompanied by a slaughter permit, or some other form of certification from the resident director of Natural Resources indicating that the beef was slaughtered in compliance with this chapter. (b) Any person, whether an individual or business entity, convicted of violating subsection (a) of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine of not more than $1,000, or imprisonment of not more than six months, or both such fine and imprisonment.
