6 CMC § 2115

Schedule II: Criteria for Classification. The director in his or her recommendation shall place a substance in Schedule II if it is found that: (a) The substance has a high potential for abuse; (b) The substance has currently accepted medical use with severe restrictions; and (c) Abuse of the substance may lead to severe psychic or physical dependence.
