§ 21304. Reporting. Not later than October 31 of each year, beginning one year after the initial deposit of proceeds into the Fund, the Council shall provide a written report to the Governor, Speaker of the House of Representatives, Senate President, and Attorney General, detailing the Council’s activities during the prior calendar year.
