§ 2139. Closing. The Secretary shall effect the closing of any establishment or activity whose permit has been suspended or revoked. Upon the request of the Secretary, the Commissioner of the Department of Public Safety shall provide police personnel to enforce such closing. Source: PL 12-48, § 3 (2139).
