§ 2140. Notification of Commissioner of Public Safety. The Secretary shall notify the Commissioner of Public Safety of any suspension or revocation of a permit and the Commissioner of Public Safety shall assure that the suspended or revoked permit holder shall not resume operation until reinstated by the Secretary.
