§ 2141. Rules and Regulations: Established by Authority. The board may promulgate, adopt and enforce appropriate regulations based upon Federal Aviation Authority and the authority’s own safety requirements to prevent hazards and obstructions which may interfere with the landing or takeoff of aircraft from any airport or which may interfere with the mooring, loading or unloading by any seacraft from any sea port owned or operated by the authority within the Commonwealth. To such end, all appropriate boards, commissions, the Governor, and other agencies of the government shall cooperate with the authority in coordinating their actions, plans and programs, and in enforcing such appropriate regulations.
