§ 2150. Penalties for Violation of Article. Any person who violates any provision of this article or regulations issued pursuant thereto is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not more than $500, or imprisoned for not more than one year, or both. Source: 63 TTC § 103.
