§ 2192. Public Health Emergency Planning Commission. The governor shall appoint a Public Health Emergency Planning Commission (“the Commission”), consisting of the department heads, or designees, of agencies the governor deems relevant to public health emergency preparedness, a representative group of CNMI legislators, members of the judiciary, and any other persons chosen by the governor. The governor shall also designate the chair of the Commission. Source: PL 13-63, 14.
