§ 2195. Rules and Regulations. The Secretary of Public Health and other affected agencies are authorized to promulgate and implement such rules and regulations as are reasonable and necessary to implement and effectuate the provisions of this Act. The Secretary of Public Health and other affected agencies shall have the power to enforce the provisions of this Act through the imposition of fines and penalties, the issuance of orders, and such other remedies as are provided by law, but nothing in this section shall be construed to limit specific enforcement power enumerated in this Act.
