§ 2208. Conditions of Award. (a) No scholarship funds shall be granted by the board unless and until the board has complied with the provisions of 10 CMC § 2204(i). (b) The scholarship board shall keep a current record of all persons who are recipients of assistance from the scholarship fund. (c) No scholarship assistance or loan shall be awarded to any recipient until and unless the recipient agrees to return to Tinian to be gainfully employed or otherwise contribute to the Tinian community in accordance with set guidelines approved by the Tinian Municipal Scholarship Board, or agrees to repay all assistance received.
