§ 2215. Other Land Use Restrictions. The restrictions or limitations provided by this article are not in derogation of any other land use laws or regulations, but shall be cumulative in addition to any land use laws or regulations now in effect or hereinafter adopted. Where there is a conflict between the restrictions applicable to the same area, whether the conflict be with respect to the height of structures or trees, the use of land, or any other matter, the more stringent limitation or restriction shall govern and prevail.
