§ 2232. Construction of Board Action; Liberal Construction. (a) The Board's substantial compliance with the requirements of the laws which the Board administers is sufficient to give effect to all of the Board's orders, acts, rules and regulations, and the Board's orders, acts, rules and regulations shall not be declared inoperative, illegal or void for any omission of a technical nature in respect thereto. (b) The provisions of the laws which the Board administers shall be liberally construed in order to promote and protect the public interest. Source: PL 15-105, § 3(2232).
