§ 2251. Public School System. There is hereby established as a nonprofit corporation, the Public School System, which shall be the state education agency for preschool, elementary and secondary programs. The Public School System shall be headed by an elected board to be known as the Board of Education. Source: PL 6-10, § 1 (§ 1523).
