Commission Comment: As enacted, PL 6-10 § 1 (§ 1520(g)) began with the clause “[p]ursuant to 1 CMC § 2264.” Because PL 6-10, § 1 repealed former 1 CMC § 2264, the Commission deleted the clause. In codifying PL 20-80, the Commission changed the capitalization of “board” in (c) pursuant to 1 CMC § 3806(f).
