§ 2325. Nonprofit Gaming Permits. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Secretary of Commerce’s authority to grant special gaming permits for charitable organizations and 6 CMC § 3157 as applicable to nonprofit gaming permits shall not be in any way affected by any provision of this chapter.
