§ 2328. Serving of Alcohol. Notwithstanding any other law to the contrary, a holder of a casino employee or casino key employee license issued by the Commonwealth Casino Commission who is under 21 years of age but at least 18 years of age may possess and serve, but may not consume, alcohol in the course of the licensee’s employment for which (s)/he is licensed.
