GENERAL PROVISIONS

§ 233. Commonwealth Bird. The “paluman tottut,” known in the English language as the “Marianas fruit dove” and scientifically known as Pitilinopus reseicapilus, is hereby declared to be the official bird of the Commonwealth. Source: PL 3-4, § 1. Commission Comment: PL 3-4 took effect April 19, 1982.
