§ 2330. Remedies Are Cumulative. The remedies of the Commonwealth Casino Commission, the Commonwealth, its political subdivisions and agencies for the imposition, collection and payment of any penalty, fine, fee, license fees, taxes, and interest provided for in the Commonwealth Code, the regulations of the Commission, and the regulations of any other government agency are cumulative to each other and any action taken or not taken by the Commission, the Commonwealth or any agency does not constitute an election by the Commonwealth, the Commission or any other agency to pursue or not pursue any remedy to the exclusion of any other remedy for which provision in the Code or any regulation.
