§ 2331. Tinian Municipal Treasurer. There is hereby created the office of the Tinian Municipal Treasurer within the office of the Mayor of Tinian and Aguiguan, whose duties shall be established by regulations issued by the mayor, which shall include the duty to collect and receive all monies due under title 10, division 2, chapter 6 [10 CMC §§ 2511 et seq.].
