§ 2411. Short Title. This chapter may be known and cited as the Tinian Cockfighting Act of 1988. Source: Tinian LL 6-2, § 2. Commission Comment: Tinian LL 6-2 took effect September 2, 1988. According to LL 6-2, § 11, “[a]ny Municipal ordinance inconsistent with the provisions of this Act is hereby repealed.”
