§ 2415. Notice of Bids for Franchise. Notice of invitation to bid for the award of a franchise license to operate a cockfight shall be made publicly, with copies of the notice posted at public buildings and other conspicuous places, and placed in a newspaper of general circulation in the Commonwealth, to appear in three consecutive issues. Except for the first year in which this chapter becomes effective, such notice shall be posted and published, starting 45 days before the expiration of the existing franchise.
