§ 2417. Revocation of Franchise License. Upon a hearing provided by the board, the board, by majority vote, may revoke a franchise license, if it finds the franchise has violated any provisions of this chapter, or violated or allowed violation of any other municipal or Commonwealth laws, in the operation of cockfighting activities.
