§ 2435. Rule-making Authority. The DCCA is hereby authorized to hire personnel and shall adopt and promulgate rules and regulations for the operation and administration of the Commonwealth Respite Services Program, including: (a) procedures and guidelines for determining priorities, eligibility standards, and eligibility criteria for the selection of volunteers and/or caregivers to participate in programs funded under the Commonwealth Respite Services Program.
